Reviving the (electronic) Pen

I love to write. I always have. I can remember being a little girl, sitting at the desk in my room, on the chair that was just a little too high, and writing stories on wide-spaced notebook paper. It has always been a part of my life - a retreat and a place that just felt right. For some reason though, I haven't written in quite some time. It's no mystery as to why - life simply got in the way. An email from my Mom this morning jolted me in the most beautiful way. All it said was this:

Writing is the only thing, that when I'm doing it, I don't feel I should be doing something else...........Love you, Mom

Anyone who read my previous blog would recognize this quote. It sums up how I have always felt about writing, and made me realize how much I miss it. So voila - my new blog is born. I would love for anyone who wants to follow along, as I continue to do one of the things that I love so much. Thanks for reading.
